VISION

MISSION
• To empower the Lanao region through holistic and 
responsive education;
• To ensure a sustainable socio-economic, environmentally-healthy, 
and prosperous homeland to the future generations;
• To produce glocally competitive individual and streamlining 
research and extension of the total transformation.

GOALS:
1. To provide accessible and quality education in the Lanao 
region, catering to the diverse needs of the community.
2. To foster a sense of empowerment and self-actualization 
among students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge 
necessary for personal and professional success.
3. To contribute to the sustainable development of the BARMM 
by promoting environmentally-friendly practices and addressing 
socio-economic challenges.
4. To establish a reputation for excellence in research and 
innovation, making significant contributions to knowledge and 
development in relevant fields.

OBJECTIVES:
1. Enhance educational accessibility: Increase enrollment 
rates and reduce barriers to education through initiatives such as
scholarships, flexible learning options, and partnerships with 
community organizations.
2. Foster holistic development: Implement a comprehensive curriculum 
that integrates academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular 
activities to promote students' intellectual, social, emotional, 
and physical well-being.
3. Promote socio-economic development: Collaborate with local 
industries, government agencies, and community stakeholders to 
develop programs and initiatives that address pressing socio-economic 
issues, such as unemployment, poverty, and inequality.
4. Cultivate environmental stewardship: Integrate environmental education 
and sustainable practices across the curriculum, raise awareness about 
environmental issues, and initiate conservation and preservation 
projects within the institution and surrounding communities.
5. Enhance research and innovation: Establish research centers, 
support faculty in conducting research, and encourage student 
involvement in research activities. Foster collaboration with local 
and international institutions to enhance research capacity and 
promote knowledge transfer.

STRATEGIES:
1. Strengthen partnerships: Forge collaborations with government 
agencies, NGOs, businesses, and community organizations to leverage 
resources, expertise, and networks for the benefit of students and 
the community.
2. Continuous improvement: Regularly review and update the curriculum, 
teaching methodologies, and assessment practices to align with current
 educational trends and meet the evolving needs of learners and the 
job market.
3. Professional development: Provide ongoing professional development 
opportunities for faculty and staff to enhance their teaching skills, 
stay updated with advancements in their respective fields, and promote
 a culture of lifelong learning.
4. Infrastructure development: Invest in modern facilities, 
technology, and learning resources to create an engaging and 
conducive learning environment for students.
5. Community engagement: Encourage students and faculty to actively 
participate in community service and outreach programs that address 
local needs, fostering a sense of social responsibility and civic 
engagement.
6. Quality assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance mechanisms 
to ensure the delivery of high-quality education, continuously 
monitor and evaluate programs and services, and seek feedback 
from stakeholders for improvement.
7. Global engagement: Foster international collaborations, student 
exchange programs, and partnerships with universities abroad to 
promote cultural exchange, broaden students' perspectives, and 
facilitate global learning experiences.
By setting these goals, objectives, and strategies, we aim to create 
a transformative educational institution that empowers individuals,
contributes to the development of the Lanao region, and prepares 
students to excel in a globalized world.
